It all started
ion 1986 from a little house in Rosenberg. Sandy began serving chicken salad, fruit salad, and soon to be famous broccoli cheese soup to a few local residents. Off the beaten path, unique, different for that time, this little restaurant was serving healthy fresh sandwiches, salads, quiche, and soup with an emphasis on presentation.
Customers crowding into the little house to enjoy Sandy's
food resulted in a "bigger" 2nd location in
downtown Richmond.

Although a commissary for the Richmond restaurant and the catering
business, Sandy's long-time customers enjoy dining at the
Rosenberg restaurant from 11 a.m. to 2
p.m. Monday through Friday, although space is limited. |
